Cookie Policy

Last updated: 23 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Alex Tile Master uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and pixels. In Ireland, the use of cookies is governed by the ePrivacy Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011) and the GDPR.

2. Do we ask for consent?

Yes. Non-essential cookies are only placed after you click Accept all cookies on our cookie banner. If you click Reject, we do not store marketing/attribution cookies or load analytics/advertising scripts. You can change your choice at any time by clearing site data in your browser and revisiting the site, or by contacting us.

You can read this Cookie Policy without accepting cookies.

3. Types of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary

These are required for the website to function. We do not currently use cookies that are strictly necessary beyond what your browser provides by default. Form submissions work without marketing cookies.

3.2 Analytics and advertising (consent required)

With your consent, we load Google Tag Manager (GTM), which may deploy Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools help us understand website usage and measure advertising performance. They are not loaded if you choose Reject.

Provider Technology Purpose Typical cookies
Google Tag Manager / Analytics Statistics, audience measurement, conversion tracking _ga, _ga_*, _gid (examples — set via GTM)
Meta Platforms Meta Pixel Ad delivery, remarketing, conversion measurement _fbp, _fbc (examples)

We use Google Consent Mode v2 so tags respect your choice until you accept.

3.3 Marketing attribution (first-party)

With your consent, we also store UTM parameters from the page URL in first-party cookies so we can understand which campaign led to your enquiry.

Cookie name Purpose Duration Type
utm_source Identifies the traffic source (e.g. google, facebook) Until end of day (UTC) Non-essential — consent required
utm_medium Identifies the marketing medium (e.g. cpc, social) Until end of day (UTC) Non-essential — consent required
utm_campaign Identifies the campaign name Until end of day (UTC) Non-essential — consent required
utm_term Identifies paid search keywords (if present in URL) Until end of day (UTC) Non-essential — consent required
utm_content Identifies ad or link variant (if present in URL) Until end of day (UTC) Non-essential — consent required

3.4 Local storage (consent preference)

Key Purpose Duration Type
cookie_consent Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies Until you clear browser storage Strictly necessary for your choice

3.5 Other third-party scripts

We load scripts from CDNs (e.g. jQuery) to run the website. Those providers may process technical connection data under their own policies. Analytics and advertising scripts listed above load only after consent.

4. How to control cookies

  • Use our cookie banner: Accept all cookies or Reject.
  • Browser settings: block or delete cookies (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge each have cookie controls).
  • Device settings: limit ad tracking on mobile operating systems.

Blocking all cookies may affect how some websites work; our enquiry form will still function.

5. Withdrawing consent

To withdraw consent, clear cookies and local storage for this site in your browser, then reload the page and choose Reject. You may also email apoznakov62@gmail.com.
